i would say some type of self care certainly as part that. And i i say that broadly because it looks different for everybody. Anything that can help us kind of settle and be open and attuned to the day could be very helpful. For some people, that's exercise. For somePeople, that's meditation. For somepeople, that's yoga. For some People, that's prayer,. So something that is self supporting, i would say, is helpful.
