Do You Want Your Computer to Override Your Instructions?

A computer that allows third parties to override owner's instructions is a bad idea. It's a system that, by design, runs programes that the owner can't inspect, modify or terminate. We should normalize the idea that our computers are there to control us, rather than to empower us. The struggle over automation has always been about control, since the ledites themselves.
