The Progression of Heroin in Ireland

In the 1980s, heroin floods through mainly working class areas of Dublin. It's not a middle-class drug and it destroyed communities in Ireland. The Rap Park experiment was basically pointed to if you don't have any mental stimulation, you turn to something that will give you some sort of buzz. This is what we do with drugs: Give you a buzz... And the easiest way to do that was either drink or take drugs.
