I love that you said you don't just want that for yourself. People say the idea or the phrase, which is not always said, but somewhere implicit below the surface of you work for me. What do you think is the difference between offering a job and a career in your business? A job is just something that I do because I have to. So my motivation is really do the bare minimum so that I can go home and do something else. A career would be, there's another level. You don't have to come and clock in at your minimum wage job. There's growth opportunities for you here. And so you're working hard for that growth, for the ability to improve
