i was thinking about how one of the most profound moments i've ever had with frend was with one of my oldest friends, laura shipley. She just pointed out, she was like, oh, y, you're so different t when we met. You've changed so much, really. And it's like, wait, this is so interesting, right? And i think t it was. It was so powerful. Well, i think we have a kind of cultural hang up with enticity and with this kind of like be real, just be real. But obviously we do that constantly.
