An organization who makes very clear choices around their word of play is kind of on the first step on their journey of strategy. I see a lot of organizations who kind of jump on each other's bandwagon says, oh, you know, I like organizations about the same size, kind of in the same industry. So we should do a fundraising dinner as well. We hear this all the time. And so when it comes to an organization and thinking about strategy, why are you wasting time doing things not coherent to the mission you're trying to accomplish?
