Is It a Kind of Weird Type of Judiciary Review?
A legal and objective, properly functioning legal system needs some degrees of discretion for different people. Cretion is one of those terms that's sometimes used in as license for arbitrariness. No arbitrary, reckless dis yunow for no good writ for reason that seems to have anything to do with the proper functioning of the legal system. Judgment is needed from human beings, individuals. As you say, there isn't just this monolith government. It's an important topic because we're a lot of people think oh, it's all personal bias over game.
