The Difference Between Extended Elbow Angle and Stretch B&D Diversity

Biceps brachy are actually a two-joint muscle, so there's no reason to doubt that other muscles may display similar behaviors. We can get distal region hypertrophy preferentially occurring without an increase in muscle fascicle length. So I don't think we can use distal regionhypertrophy as a proxy for kind of stretch media hypertrophy. It's absolutely other possibilities. For example, with the hamstring, it was saying a syphylate deadlift related to a leg curl and we saw a regional hypertrophy there.
