The Indictment Isn't a Challenge to the Election
There's a difference between contestation and fraud. This was an attempt to change the results challenging in court. Hillary Clinton quietly went out and tried to get electors to actually elect her president. We could we could have that worked, had that scheme worked. But it would have been within the confines of the law. In this instance, it's not I'm not so much bothered that Trump lied to those people that were serving as Electors. What bothers me is that those certifications were provided to the federal government as duly certified electors.
