I'm not a huge volume guy. Like my my weeks er around 20 hours, give or take an hour or two here and there. So yet, just keep that in mind as well. It's about how you are doing your programme, and what specific things aryo're trying to achieve. And also, the the fact that, you know, doing 30, o 35 hours can't actually make you worseat doesn't necessarily make you better.
