The Son of God
There's a long list of well-known scriptures in the Old Testament that speak to this. Matthew doesn't cite all of these scriptures and by the way there are many more he doesn't need to his Jewish audience oral culture most of the Bible put to memory is steeped in the language of the Old Testament. In classic Jewish style he doesn't write a theological essay point one Jesus is God he just writes about how Jesus does things that only God can do.
