Eating for Satisfaction, Not for Fuel

It's really about not necessarily eating for fuel, or eating for nutrition, or eating to satiate. It's eating for tasting. And that's why making this distinction is so important. We definitely want to be eating the things that are nutrient dance, water rich and protein, a dense with good fats,. Things that satiate nutri give us nutrition and a, you know, provide us fuel. This is what we want to be doing.
