Is There a Ministry for Drinking Water?
Until very recently, india did not have a dedicated policy for insure drinking water for all. The real issue is about equity in that water distribution and a couple of things. It's also about the local er empowering the local municipipalities. I think we really learnt a lot at least one hour to talk about these wide ranging issues. And so much has been learned since i've spent this time with you. Well, I agree with our municipal municipalities are in complete shamboos. But if it can make them more professional, it can generate more revenues for them than it does now.
