The Effects of De-Stocking on the Environment

Dartmoor is an inherently managed landscape. In my lifetime, I've seen Dartmoor change as a direct result of what I would class as misguided intervention policies and those are largely around de-stocking the moor. The decimation of the landscape is linked pretty directly to class. And let's not even get into golf courses.
