Retention - The Biggest Growth Lever for Business Schools
Business school has a subscription service, but how do you keep customers coming back? We come from a world where we are supposed to study full time until our twenties and then stop and get a full time job until we die. That's pretty much it. The concept of lifelong learning is an anecdote to day. It's still not there yet for a lot of people. But regardless, i think of rol school as a community, and not so much as a business or even as an education either. Community means that we are all in this together.
