It's not unusual to miss a diagnosis at first pass; every case does not respect Occam's razor here. Usha: Do you think this was TB exacerbating and underlying ILD with RA, or do you think all of this was TB, and the patient's pulmonary pathology completely resolved with ripe therapy?
