- How to speed things up when you’re trying to manifest something

- A scientific process of using “constant space repetition” and re-association in the mind that helps you have tremendous control over the way you think

- How “acting like you love what you do” conditions your brain to operate in a new way

- How to put yourself in an open state, so that your mind is open to new possibilities and you can see the opportunity

- Why I started pretending in my mind that my 57-mile drive to work was the drive to Castle Rock Flowage (a place I loved going to as a kid)—and how this changed my attitude, demeanor, and emotional state before I got to work

- A super-quick breathing exercise to change your emotional state quickly (I used this technique right before a 2-day seminar, when I found out my mother was dying)
