Can I Forgive a Killer?

Jales: Do you agree that, like, if some one did something as heinous as that murderer did to your child, in order for you to feel or to feel connection with your family again, do you think you would really have to forgive them? Umthi: I don't know. If this is real life, i could certainly live a good life without forgiveness. But it would be really fucking hard. Is so i don't think it's literally a necessity for a vital life and to have those extraordinary moments. And the movie does kind of build out this argument.
