How to Invest With No or Low Money Down

I typically look for the one that's going to give me the least headache. That's a DSCR loan debt service coverage ratio in most cases. You often get all of or most of your money that you left in the deal back out, then you repeat it. I might have to find some way to work recycle into burr because it's an R as many of the words start with. So sometimes you save up a bunch of capital or you get a loan and then you don't need to keep getting new money due to recycling.
