Is Computer on or Is It On?

This was posted by somebody named Fimbot on Twitter and then Will McCougan tagged me on it. The value returned by this function is undefined. If the computer isn't on fire, the function returns some other value. So why would these be here? There are no op calls that can be used to test the kernels intrinsic response time under load. It's just a non harmful thing. I mean, I've used that for useful purposes of before, I think. Yeah.
