Breath Work Is Beneficial for Your Physical Health

Breathing is a powerful exchange in the body, but we don't want to just breathe in as much oxygen as we can and breathe out as much carbon dioxide. For oxygen to get into the cells, we need carbon dioxide to be present. Carbon dioxide increases dilation. It opens up your blood vessels. And so then it allows that hemoglobin to let go of the oxygen. The oxygen gets into your tissue and gets delivered to every cell of your body to heal.
