Having a Study Group on Diagnosis and Treatment Planning
If you can take the time and really calibrate in at the beginning and even throughout, it's going to increase your practice. One doctor is consistently closing 70% of the treatment plans. The other doctor is consistently only getting about 40%. Then we know just by the data set that we need to work on their delivery skills. We need to working on potentially their people skills and their rapport building skills. Some of those soft skills are part of the calibration process as well.
