So my podcast is about having these kinds of discussions talking with motivated people or like how we can move the needle on the problems that really affect all of us health care social change climate change etc there's a deep health focus as I mentioned because obviously of my background our shared interests so that's kind of like the area that's you know probably the most fruitful way to connect with me, if you be so kind.
