What Are Some of the Other Benefits to Pastors?

Pastors who love what they do in ministry get to do it, and they're not doing it from a place of desperation or scarcity. Yet that sounds fantastic. So we hear stories all the time of pastors leading their employees to christ. And their churches are growing, eventually, as as some people come into their church through the avenue of business in the market place. That lights me up when i hear those stories. I don't wonder too if that's a knot talked about aspect of what is burning out pastures to day. It seems to me like so much of our energy is re directed back inside the church circle, and very little energy outside the circle. What i hear you saying
