The Importance of Mediation in Psychoanalysis

I think that one of the things that perhaps is problematic with psychoanalysis whether it be we could call it it's hubris or maybe itself sufficiency at times is the way in which there's always this suspect relation to whether it be science or art or perhaps even politics where it has to be circumscribed as you just said kind of put into a box. The main mediator seems to be philosophy so that when we deal with these things where we're kind of it's a philosophy of art or philosophy of science rather than a less mediated access.
