"I've always loved running. Even though I was overweight as a kid, I grew up running because my mom was like this pioneer and women's running went to the Olympic trials," she says. "It just has not felt an alignment as I've approached 40, 20, 40." Her advice for those who are in that cardio grind: It's not more is better. More of the same thing is better. Hit those intensity levels, shorter runs, eating quality food, having boundaries, sleeping, saying no!"
