The Trends of China's Gen Z

It's a pretty big call for a Chinese woman to say she has the freedom to do anything she wants. But maybe this is a sign of how attitudes of China's Gen Z's have changed as conditions around them have changed. Our generation values equality more, and we are all equal. So we have the right to choose to leave or not to leave. I think people stopped talking about it in particular when it has become the norm. That's a general vibe that's overshadowing our work life.
