Introduction
On January 7th, a six-year-old boy was taken into police custody after shooting his teacher at Richneck Elementary School in Newport, Virginia. Authorities have said that it was a female teacher who was shot. Madigan: To imagine a young child going through the number of steps that it takes to go through a shooting and to intentionally pull out a gun is very unfathomable for me to think about.
