There's no time at which pre-generated content is not available to us. The tyranny of the screen has an exponential effect on the imaginative state. Decolonize movements certainly have their value in bringing attention and awareness to issues of how colonialist tropes pervade society. But decolonize veers into replacing one worldview with another that is also deterministic, inflexible. We need art and imagination to continue to challenge cultural narratives on all sides of the spectrum.
