Senator Graham was originally set to appear before the fulton county special grand jury on august 20 third. The federal district judge initially ruled against him and then refused to stay her decision pending appeal. Graham then went to the court of appeals, the eleventh circuit, and asked them to stay the district courts ruling while he appealed it. And over the week end, the Eleventh Circuit issued a very cryptic order that temporarily blocked graham's testimony. i think we're in for a fair amount more litigation here before graham ever actually sits before the grand jury.
