The Power of Accepting Stress as Energy

Stress is almost always actually giving you energy and almost always it's going to help you be your best self. A lot of people believe that you can only be a little bit stressed before the adrenaline or the dopamine or the stress hormones are going to make you impaired. But studies show that being stressed out or being anxious typically helps people do better, especially when they accept that stress as energy they can harness. And in those moments, sometimes what you have to do is say this is bigger than me and I'm not alone.
