How to Negotiate a Deal With a Star Baseball Player

The template agreement is pre negotiated by the CBA and it has not changed much at all through the years. It changes a little bit, but it's pretty standard. A lot of the negotiation is done from my baseball team. The crazier thing about those deals though is the competitive nature of them and the timing of them. So typically you're not the only suitor for that player.
