A video and a photo can communicate instantly what paragraphs of text would would take to communicate the same thing. 20 seconds in length is probably going to be the sweet spot issue, maybe 20 seconds for the video banner and two second clips. You really want diversity in the clips, diversity of subject matter. We see churches in what is a misguided attempt, I would say, over emphasizing the facilities.
