The Sweepstakes in Philadelphia
Half of the winners in each drawing come from a designated zip code that we announce two weeks in advance. Philadelphia has forty six zip codes, so when we picked one and say you'll get half, or often, you know, the odds go up by 50 to a hundred,. depending on the exact size. And we focused on a set of priority zip codes that have low vaccination rates. We draw one at random two weeks before each sweep stakes drawing happens, and we announce this is the zip code that's getting the vastly multiplied odds of winning.
