Product Management Practices Are Immature

The more common story that you hear is we taught the executive team design thinking. The product transformation stalls because it now has to respond to the immaturity, if we're looking to use that word, of the rest of the organization and how it thinks about development. And so I'm saying this from a maturity standpoint to suggest all different levels need to get aligned in order for products to be mature.
