What's Your Average Trading Day?

I'll come in, set the limits and crack on with my day. I always do a daily trading stream as well in the New York session every single day. And really just doing small business tasks in between that. But no, apart from that, I like to get into maybe three, four trades a week. So it's almost quite a hands-free model. You don't want to be a chart slave, that's not the purpose of being a trader at all. It's mentally draining and not sustainable.
