We don't get into an asset expecting it to sell. We are very big on leveraging AI and digital to drive growth. The bid ask spread is pretty wide and it's going to be hard to close. But that's something we as buyers will have to live with. If you're a seller, you've sort of got tuned into what you did a couple of years ago, it's probably not going to work now.
