Harpogmas in the Greek is a very rare word. It doesn't simply mean grasp, it means exploiting someone's position for self-gain. And so Jesus is not see equality with God as something to be exploited for his own self- gain. Paul says they should put primary their Roman citizenship, but their citizenship in heaven.
