A lot of patients with lupus get their hydroxychloric when stopped or other medications that are safe in pregnancy and so then the patient then flares right being off those medications. So certainly we do worry that the lower rates could be impacted by underreporting. We don't have to physically order or prescribe aspirin right it's over the counter but talking with our maternal fetal medicine OBGYN colleagues and how their notes look they very systematically collect that data in their notes.
