What's the Application of Daniel's Apocalypse?
If you were tasked with teaching these apocalyptic passages from daniel to folks at our church, to students who aren' maybe bible majors, what would you say to people in 20 21? What's the application of these texts for us as christians in 20 first century america? Well, the idea that the kingdom of god is coming. It's assured. God is in control of history, and despite the crises we live in, we need hope to persevere to the end,. So in that sense, this is pretty straightforward, and it's meaningful.
