The Importance of Dimensional Regularization in Physics
Dimensional regularization was the thing that came out of more streamlined Feynman diagram computing techniques. I myself used it quite a bit, I was quite an enthusiast of it, and the, when was that? 1978-ish timeframe. In recent times in our physics project, we're interested in these hypergraphs that represent the low-level structure of space whose limit can correspond to sort of ordinary space in D-dimensions. And so it's of interest to understand how things work in space that isn't integer-dimensional.
