The Internal Locus of Valuation

There's nothing wrong with putting up a selfy, getting a thousand likes and feeling comfortable and happy. But when your happiness depends on it, that can set us up for mental health issues. The amount of likes that i get on myself does not define my personal wort. Human beings thrive on a certain degree of approval from other human beings. No aspect of my behaviord ind my wort.
