Are You Aware of the Framing?
We're all born with this ability, however, we can get better at it. This basic function of cognition can become a tool we can deliberately use to improve the outcomes that we get in our own lives and for our companies. We need to double down on what we as human beings do well already and get better at it - framing. And most commonly, the people who make high stakes decisions, are intimately ware of the fact that before they make a decision, they need to see it in one way versus another.
