Frozen vegetables are nutrient dense because they're picked and frozen straight away. The issue is the method of cooking, so steaming or roasting can lose some nutrients. But there's nothing wrong with frozen. I think it's fine. And if it starts from growing your own, and then you've got extra surplus of produce, freezing it or sharing it - that's a great way to eat what we grow.
