I'm a Frank O'hara, but the People in the World Are Special, Yes?

The poem refers to sort of a frank o'hara or or his poems, but the people in here aren't as famous. I think also, for me, that em, let's call it chattiness, the way you can just talk about someone ad if you know them. So i s that's so, i just sort of put that in, it in the same kind of literary overlan that sort of, it's a nieo interest is that kind of figure.
