We have got to get to the point where we can tolerate the idea that people may think differently to us and yet be fair-minded when they're engaged in the business end of what they do. Andrew Neil, he's really very, very right-wing. And isn't it like Boris Johnson wouldn't be interviewed by him? Yes, he ran away from him. Because otherwise, all you'd be doing is hiring people who have no politics at all. I wish I was judged on my associations rather than my work.
