Is There a Road Map to Becoming a Successful Creator?

i just think that if you have no preference about what you do or what you make, then you can follow a road map and become a successful creator. But you have to ask yourself, is that something that's sustainable for you? i feel like i've made choices in my career that have expressly not a, like, furthered my career because I don't know where i want to step on the gas.
