The idea of culture your organization, is outdated. Culture's out dated. It's about community. When i say i want establish a community, i'm not establishing culture. I'm embracing cultures within my community. That's what makes a community thrive. And if we can really start thinking of things in a community, how can we create a strong community? If you can't exhibit your culture because it no longer says so much to you, then the problem is that people don't feel like they belong there. Wouldn't the world be a better place if we just max ise belonging and created psychological safety. Just exactly what you're saying.And ou the honest coach. O all
