What Is the Top Differential Diagnose for Pincreotitis?
The patient was otherwise healthy before she presented with acute epigastric pain and was found to have a light pace of 12 hundred. She is receiving two milligrams of ivy morphine every four hours for her pain, and just received a dose a few hours ago. So i would really be concerned that she has some ongoing pulmonary adema. A r d s is another complication of pancreotitis, which can occur with or without a pneumonia. It's a little bit, potentially early in her course, but certainly a possibility.
