Where Do We Disagree on Baptism?

We all agree that without faith, baptism is not effective to give the salvation promised in it. We disagree on proper parties to baptism: Should we baptize professing believers and their children? Is baptism a sign in seal or a sign only? That's the most fundamental disagreement.
